The Situation

Middleton Group is a power engineering company with a presence in both Australia and New Zealand. After experiencing strong organic growth, they came to us with the desire to continue to increase their brand awareness and be seen as leaders in their field. 

The Solution

After an initial consultation session with the key decision makers within the business we conducted an audit of their current market activity and from all the information gathered we then built out a strategy that was aligned with their business objectives.


We implemented a holistic marketing plan that saw a greater emphasis on showcasing their skills to the market through the utilisation of LinkedIn, targeted email campaigns, online webinars and an upgrade to their marketing assets, including their website.

Since the strategy was implemented Middleton Group has experienced growth across all areas of the business and were recognised by the Australia Financial Review as one of the top 5 fastest growing engineering companies in 2020 and finished as finalists in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards.
